Description: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged AED 240.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. 10 % service charge per stay is not included. 10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 150.00 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs AED 150.00 per person.
