Terms and Conditions
The competition is open to all UK residents (except Global Travel Market, Dubai Travel Market and Virgin Holidays and any subsidiary companies), aged 18 years or over.
The closing date for competition entries is June 30th 2008. All entries received after midnight on this day will not be eligible for consideration.
The winning entry will be notified by individual email. Please note: the email address that you provide will be used to notify you if you win.
Details of the prizes provided by the sponsors of this competition will be subject to terms, conditions and availability. These will be confirmed to the winner on notification following the prize draw by Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Virgin Holidays and Global Travel Market directly.
Your name and any comments may also be used in the context of this promotion on the site and within emails. The winner's name will also be published in the last newsletter of that month. Each winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which Global Travel Market may reasonably require in connection with the prize promotion.
Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by Global Tavel Market for entries that Global Travel Market does not receive. Global Travel Market shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit. Illegible, incomplete entries will be disqualified.
Flights and accommodation will be subject to availability and terms and conditions of both will be provided to the winner after the prize has been drawn.
The decision of Global Travel Market is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
